Parish House Rentals 

The Emmanuel Parish House is a community favorite for receptions, parties, luncheons, and meetings. Originally a private home, the building is accessible by elevator and ramp. A significant expansion to the original building was dedicated in 2005, adding an elevator and spacious reception area with large adjoining kitchen including double oven, microwave, and two refrigerators.

 

Entering from the gracious front porch, the visitor spots a cozy library with leather chairs, fireplace and bookshelves on the left, and to the right a comfortable parlor opening to the dining room. The dining room with fireplace seats 10 around an oval table measuring 93” x 48”.

The fee for use of the library, dining room, and/or parlor is $100 or $125

if use of the kitchen is desired.

The spacious Parish Hall at the far end of the first floor accommodates 80-90 for a standing reception or concert, fewer depending on number of tables used as part of the set-up. Renter provides table coverings as desired. Available moveable furnishings include 12 round tables (47” diameter) which seat 4-5 persons; 19 rectangular tables (30” x 72”); 90 folding chairs.

 

Fee for rental of the Parish Hall, including kitchen, is $300 per single event (morning, afternoon, or evening). The 1896 Steinway piano is available to trained musicians for an additional fee.

 

A fee of $1,000 is charged for wedding or other large receptions, including use of the entire first floor: Parish Hall, kitchen, parlor, library, and dining room.
